Shipping Policy
Chill Seal.com works with manufacturers and artisans across the world to source the coolest products at the prices that suit you. This results in all our orders being shipped to you from across the world. However, we do ensure we can track our orders for your extra peace of mind. Yet because your products are coming from so far away they often take 2-3 weeks to arrive. So no worrying if the product doesn't arrive the next day! Most of the time our product will arrive a lot quicker, but we want you to be aware this is out of our control!
SHIPPING TIME
Due to high demand, please consider, that the order processing is 3-5 business days.
All orders could be delivered to you from anywhere across the world. Order tracking is provided for all orders.
As products are shipped from various locations, it normally takes 7-15 business days for items to arrive. Most of the time it arrives quicker, but please be advised that Chill Seal is not in control of the shipping process.

Replacements are sent for lost or damaged items, up to 14 days after receiving.
These are typical shipping times, please be advised they may vary on some occasions.
- The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
- Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
- Please note that import duties and any other additional import charges and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are ultimately the buyer's responsibility.
PROCESSING TIME
The order processing time might take up to 3-5 business days*. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped in separate shipments. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
ORDER CANCELLATION AND CHANGE REQUEST
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity, color, size, or Shipping Address information.

- Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
We will still do our best to get a hold or cancel your order after 12 hours period but no guarantee. If we were able to do so you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee on account of the cost we incur for the item already being in production.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- We provide tracking numbers for all orders.

- You can Track your order from our Track Order page on the Home page.
- It may take up to 7-10 business days after your order has shipped for your tracking information to become available online
(it might take longer depending on how fast the postal services are processing shipments).
