WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Please refer to the shipping page for further information and order tracking. Please be advised that buyers are responsible for any customs or tax charger that may apply to their order.

HOW TO FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

Tracking details are available 4-6 days after your order was placed. Please contact us in case you haven’t received yours in the above time frame. TRACK YOUR ORDER HERE.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us within 42 hours of placing it. Same rules apply for order cancellation. It cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped. For more details, please refer to Returns Policy Page.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Extra care is provided to protect and prepare the product for shipping. However in case you receive damaged goods, please contact us by sending your order number and a photo of the damaged package/items. As the situation is confirmed, a replaced item will be sent to your address asap.

THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED DUE TO AN ADDRESS ERROR 

In case you submitted an order with an incorrect address, Pets Furever is not responsible for any fees or additional service due to your error. Once the order reaches your destination, but fails to deliver due to an address error, our customer support team will contact you asap with instructions how to proceed. If you do not respond, the order will be resent back to us and we unfortunately have to charge you for resending your package.
